Default wpex problem.......anyone else?

I just got a new laptop and i downloaded wpex and played my first session. During the session I tried to check a hand history but it said the destination did not exist. I checked in the wpex program files and in fact there is no folder for saving hands.

I figured oh well and i would fix it later. Once the session ended I went to check how much rake I economized. It didnt show up but even worse is my entire weeks worth of rake has disappeared.

Anyone else having these kinds of problems? Vista related?

Thanks

Yes. In the client, go to Tools>Request Hand History and select Automatic. Once you've done that, the hand history folder will appear in the Worlpx folder.

Strange. In that case, go to the Worldpx folder and create a saved hands folder. Then log into the client, Tools>Request Hand History, select Automatic and place the directory of the folder you created in the slot available.

I went to livehelp and they said uninstall shutdown reinstall which i figured wouldnt help. It did not as i got back to the same spot i was before. The HH were set to automatic and everything. I clicked it back to no, then on click, then automatic and rechecked it and it was there. I guess it was something to do with your first post Mitch. Thanks.

Thank you all for your help.
