Default K10 in SB, 3 Bet Button Raiser, ABC?

Being new to NL cash games 3 Betting is really an adjustment for me and im trying to learn it to be more aggressive in spots. Is this a pretty ABC Line when trying to be aggressive on a button raiser?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

BB ($9.45)
UTG ($15.25)
MP ($5.80)
CO ($26.75)
Button ($10.40)
Hero ($21.15)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K, T.
[color=#666666]3 folds</font>, [color=#CC3333]Button raises to $0.4</font>, [color=#CC3333]Hero raises to $1.4</font>, [color=#666666]1 fold</font>,

And if he calls and lets say board is like Q23 Rainbow, should I lead out for 3/4 pot?? Thx.

Depends on how wide he is raising from the button. If he is 15/4, definitely not, if he is 25/18 - maybe. KT isn't the best hand to be 3-betting with as you can be easily dominated. 9T would be better. I only do this at 10NL if someone is getting too comfortable raising my blinds and want him off my back.
