Default Help Plz

Ok after trying to play online alot for my income it started well but recently variance has hit me bad live and online bad beats are causing me to tilt and play bad and also be impatient making bad calls and doing stupid moves. So i realsed im nowhere near mentally strong enough for the swings of Poker NLH so iv decided to take a break for a month or 2 from both live and onlnie as iv realised im just not enjoying it. So while on the break i was wondering if anyone could recommend any books on psychology of game or any good articles any info helpful thanks

Zen and the Art of Poker.

Warning: This book can be dangerous for the novice - some sections of this book can be wrongly interpertated as a green light for slopy play. HOWEVER, if you have a strong foundation, this book is excellent for reminders on how to deal with long term swings (in both directions).
