Surely these are both easy folds.

Guy.

1. If button isn't really loose agressive I never ever call this, you're so far behind his range if he is reasonable.

2. Depends on what "not aggro" means. If his pfr is n't significantly low i 3-bet this, vs a tag my 3 bettign range is A7o+

What are you stats?

edit: @ guy: how is A9o an "easy fold" against a CO open-raise?

Usually a fold is right.

You say the player was fishy??? If he was super high in his early position raises or particularly brittle towards you at this time you might three bet, but it would be a rare context dependent play.

calling is not an option.

He's talking about an UTG raiser with you in the SB

This means your out of position post flop. Your suggested three bet standard of A7o+ in this position sounds interesting.

Where do you play??

In case you didn't know, in a 4 handed game the CO is in fact UTG. I'm playing on party and sometimes on fulltilt.

Yup I missed the 4 players when I read the OP. but I still don't like being out of position with a hand like this.
I'd be keener to 3 bet from the button.

Of course I'd rather be on the button with A9o, but as i stated earlier, against readable tags A9o is good enough.
I wouldn't 3-bet this if villian is rather passive preflop ( ~ pfr < 15 or something) and I would feel uncomfortable 3-betting this versus a calling station ( altough the equity forces me to do it).

Versus UTG in a 6-handed game I obv. won't 3-bet A7o from the SB. My minimum AXo hand is ATo-AQo, depending on the raiser. I hope you like this better
