So i think i\'m gonna move up advice needed
After 10 tabling 6.5s for around 15% I think I've decided its about time to move up.
For those that play the 16s regularly, approximately how many players on average are regulars at the game? At the 6.5s even the multitabling regs seem pretty bad and there are at least 2 of them at every table. Is this the case at the 16s? What do you guys think will be my roi difference between 6.5s and the 16s based on my data so far? Should I cut back on tables at first instead of focusing on my hourly to see how i make out? this is obviously only my second time moving up. 10 tabling 16s = $160 invested seems like a whole bunch of money to me. fwiw i have ~ 50 bi for the 16s. also fwiw here's my ss http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t7/malnek/ss.jpg |

6.50's are unbeatable whenever wickss is playing so it is a good idea to move up.
...um, looking at your graph, it appears you've already moved up? |

Are most of your 1200 tournaments 6.5's or 3.4's? If most are 6.5's then you should be fine moving up. I would probalby 4 or 6-table to start. Add 1 table at a time as you become comfortable. Keep in mind you have a real small sample size so far so don't set your expectations too high.

my sharkscopestats looks exactly like yours..i already moved up once and then went back to 6.50 after a nice cooler. Think the key is to have a bankroll big enough to take the possible downswings, because 15+1 are pretty soft to beat strategywise.

Re: So i think i\'m gonna move up advice needed
Way to post my account stats lol...
Anyway, I played the first 1000 games or so without knowing anything other than what malnek taught me, which I'd say was about the first 100 games or so. I quickly learned and started moving up, but I quit once neteller shut down, and only recently started playing again once malnek paid me back for staking him a few months back. I started reading 2p2 a few weeks back during work, and I think my game improved alot (~20% roi over the last 300 games or so 4-tabling as compared to what was ~10% roi over 2-300 games back in the day; yeah, probably a heater but it's not bad considering I was on uber tilt for about 50 games). We started playing the 16s table, and thus far, I haven't had a table where there were at least 2 10+tabling regulars =(. LittleJohn: I'd say in the first thousand (my games), the first 700 or so would be 3.4's, the latter 2-300 6.5's. After the first 1000, I'd say about 250-300 mine, the rest malnek's with the breakup of maybe 2-300 3.40's, rest 6.50's. |

In my opinion you should move up and play a maximum of two tables at the same time. This is to make you get used to the game environment at the higher level which some times can be confusing at first.
I also belive your ROI should be above 15% for you to move up in the hirearcy. |

Re: So i think i\'m gonna move up advice needed
I myself have been just 2 tabling the 16s. I know malnek has been mixing it up with the 16s and 6.50s (I think like 4 and 4).
