PF looks fine.
His flop bet is super stupid, calling is probably good. turn is fine fold river |

Re: $3.40 QJs all streets
I generally make it 300 pf. Kind of a tricky situation, you have a short stack on the button and in the sb. But, you're playing too tight if you fold this pf. Everything looks good except the river. I don't mind raising the flop to see what villain does, this could be a fd wanting to see the turn cheap. I'd need a read but this is what a weak bet often means.
As played I would check the turn hoping to pick off a bluff on the river since most hands that call a turn bet have you beat. I check the river happy that villain let me see a cheap showdown. I have to call the river, you're probably beat, but 3:1 pot odds are pretty good. This guy didn't play like he had a monster which would lead me to believe that at least 1/3 of the time I'm tied or winning this showdown. |

If villain shoved you have to fold, given the pot odds, the way the hand was played, you have to call here. I don't like betting the river for this very reason but you have to call this. |

Re: $3.40 QJs all streets
I thought his flop bet was more of a preventitive bet; I would of reraised it without the flush draw.
The turn; I figure he has nothing or is slowplaying his A. Check again, maybe I'll hit the flush for free and stack him if he has A. Otherwise, probably not much more value to get from him. I dont like my river bet anymore; he really shouldnt call with anything I beat except K high. I thought he might call out of curiosity, since he was throwing a lot of chips around. Still got out with ~15BB, he reraised just the right amount. |

Re: $3.40 QJs all streets
I dont like the river bet either, I can't see him calling with many things you beat, and you leave yourself open to getting checkraised out of your seat.

Re: $3.40 QJs all streets
I don't mind the play at all on flop/turn
but river... ==== Value betting 101: Do not bet if the only hand that will call you is the hand that beat you. ==== River: BB checks, Hero checks and his happy he saved alot of chips |
