Default toughest hand lately

ok, so this is a hard one, at least for me... i dont have much info on this guy, we had a $200 pot earlier where i called him and he was bluffing(important)

lol if he's been bluffing before... i think i'm calling this. this looks like a "i've trying to rep a huge slowplayed hand, and I have lots of river fold equity with my huge overbet" hand. i dunno.

Looks like T7. People often check behind the flop to vary their play with a little piece, like a gutshot. He flatcalled your turn donkbet with a double belly buster, and made it on the river. I personally fold preflop.

he can be valueshoving 98 here right? i dont know if i can fold this , he took a really weird line. why would he not raise the turn with a straight?
