Default $0.50/$1 NL - A-A against big flop check-raise

Home game, 10-handed, VILLAIN is a very good, tricky player who knows my game pretty well and has the ability to make big bluffs. His range from MP is small suited connectors to middle one-gappers to suited Aces and up. Also, he has no physical tells that I have come across.

MY STACK: $175
VILLAIN: $220

Blinds $0.50/$1. Game is loose-aggressive.

UTG limps, VILLAIN limps in MP 3, I raise to $10, UTG calls, VILLAIN calls.
POT: $31.50

flop is 4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
UTG checks, VILLAIN checks, I bet $15, UTG folds, VILLAIN check-raises to $75!

CURRENTLY -
POT: $120.50
MY STACK - $150
VILLAIN: $135

I have a very tight-image at the table, so VILLAIN knows I have a big pair, so I don't think he would do this with a mid-pair like 10-10 or even J-J (both hands that VILLAIN could initially limp with pre-flop). But maybe he knows that I am a tight player with a big hand, so I would not believe that he would make a play like this without trips or better - hence a big bluff! I don't know...I am seriously considering a fold. Either he hit the board hard or has a draw...I think...lol.

What should I do?
