Default Suggest me a new career

5+ years at university, degrees in history and comparative literature. Professional background includes being a copywriter at an advertising agency (hated it), technical writing (hated it more) and more copywriting, this time self-employed (being my own boss didn't help much). Oh, and some teaching too. Didn't like it. It's uncanny how much time I've spent doing things I actually dislike, but one thing tend to lead to another and all of a sudden you find yourself somewhere you never wanted to go.

Anyone with similar background? Suggestions?

What's your financial situation. Are you married or have any kids?

it would probably help to list things you like to do, and things you think you are good at.
