Default How bad is this turn bet / fold?

I have been getting slow played a lot lately.. getting called with my big pairs preflop and running into monsters... i have a feeling my turn bet let him draw... it was weak... give me some advice.

I had been playing LAG... this was about 30 hands in and this guy had only played one hand with me where he repopped my standard raise hard otherwise he wasn't playing a lot of hands.

i like a bet/fold on the turn vs a passive player.
but your betsizing is too low on every street. you need to work on that.
