Default 6$ early on AQ

I never know how to play these type off hands early on. I know my play is horrible. How do you usually deal with A10-AQ? How do I play this different? Do I give up and check on the turn/river if its blank?

Well just checking would save you some chips
You have just donked away more than a third of your stack.

First of all dont raise 16BBs. Just check and keep it simple here. If you hit then you start being more aggressive.

Remember that your edge comes from solid push botting with large blinds.

First of all, why on earth are you raising 16xBB Preflop? Keep it to 3x+1x per limper. Second, don't c-bet chips you aren't willing to lose, and don't make it any smaller than a normal bet. In this situation, a c-bet should be 500-750 chips, which you can't really afford right now, so C/F the flop. If you had raised a reasonable amount preflop, a c-bet on the flop would have been fine, but the way it is, C/F that sucker.

yeah, I was on tilt (from another table)And was thinking just take it down. I hate only raising 3x early on because at the 6s people will call with absolutely anything.

well, i think at those really low blindlevels, 5bb+1 per limper or sth like that is better cause you want the field to shrink and not to make the pot big (am i right with this one?).
anyway, your bet pf is far to big, i'd make it 150 or check, ready to only invest chips in a big flop for me.
the contibet is just horrible there, i guess - if he calls your far oversized raise pf he won't fold here either and you got nothing.
