Beat: Going to court in the morning for misdemeanor
Brag: Got this postponed once before (brag?), oh, also did not get arrested for DUI.
Beat: Got pulled over for window tinting at 2:00 AM. Cop comes up to window announces that he smells weed in the car, can I step out please? We chat, (I have had a few beers too), he tells me I have two options, he can impound my car and arrest me for DUI, or I can hand over the drugs and he writes me a misdemeanor ticket. Court tells me I have to appear in front of a judge. Variance: I don't know what is going to happen. I am guessing I will get some kind of small fine and a short probation. Any ideas?

Retard window tint is a pretty good idea if you roll around drinking with drugs in the car.
