In regards to football/soccer I believe Betfair's much more accurate than Pinny, yes. -175 is an OK price though, there isn't much you can do about it anyway.

Pinny has margins (-191 as opposed to -170 estimation). There's not much for them to worry about and lines move much faster anyway as limits during the week are comparable to overnight lines and their limits in US sports.
BTW, 0-2 Sevilla after 10 min... |
