Was told I played this hand badly, but I don't see anything wrong. Comments on each street please.

Preflop: You check the BB as you should.

Flop: You hit a monster and you bet the pot, as you should.

Turn: The A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] will maybe let you extract even more value from whoever is drawing with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Perfect card. You bet pot, as you should.

River: You hit a straight flush. Only Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] beats you, and I don't see anyone holding it - unless they flopped a flush and were slowplaying. You'll probably still get paid off by A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. You bet the pot for value, as you should.

I think you played fine pre-flop, on the flop itself and on the turn. However, the value of your flush decreases significantly because of the fourth diamond on the board. I think a smaller bet, say $1 (blocking bet), or a check even would probably have been better.

CesareBorgia, did you even see he had the straight flush? I think it's a really nice bet, I guess I would've played it the same way!

Perfect. I had to double check that straight flush.
