Default these are def raises right?

Just making sure that I'm not crazy for thinking these are def value raises. Both are vs same villain. How's the size? For history I bluffraised once and showed on the river and c/r the river w/ the nuts and he folded prior to these.

2nd one looks like a definite raise but the first one is much closer, Id probably puss it and call because there are so many better hands he can be doing this with - he looks pretty strong.

I probably raise on the river as you did, but I fold both preflop and on turn in hand 1.
