In limited bet hold em, aces up is the nuts...
and should be played accordingly. Because the bet size is limited, it is necessary to jam your finger on the raise key in order to insure that the most chips get into the pot. Ideally you would like to go "all in" as they say in unlimited hold em, but in limited hold em this is not always possible. Instead, you must settle for flinging maximum poo (except of course for "smooth calling" preflop, because flinging poo with greater than 50% equity is for nits).

awful. c/r all streets. [/ QUOTE ] You must not understand the rules of limited bet hold em. If you put in the last bet on one round, you are not allowed to check on the next round. Consequently I was not permitted to check the flop and would have had my account frozen and my balance seized had I tried to so flagrantly cheat in front of five other witnesses. |
