Default PS $4/180, last 27, UTG +1, QQ...

Last 27 (last 18 are in money, places 10..18 get $8). Just moved to this table. The caller (BB) has +127% ROI (+ $29) after 4 played SNGs and is 60%/16%/30 hands with BB 150..600. I have rather tight image for him.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t600 (8 handed) internettexasholdem.com

SB (t8220)
BB (t22761)
UTG (t7110)
Hero (t13613)

MP2 (t5535)
CO (t20496)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
1 fold, Hero raises to t1800, 5 folds, BB calls t1200.

BB checks, Hero bets t2600, BB calls t2600.

Turn: (t8550) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets t9163 (All-In), BB calls t9163.

River: (t26876) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: t26876

How u like it? Was my turn all-in very stupid?

sketch flop, but the turn was safe, no danger there to push. If he is calling with AJ and the ace of spades, let him. You are favored and the check call makes it look like a huge draw (or he flopped it). I agree with a turn shove because it is about a pot sized bet and the turn is safe. He should be able to drop the draw for most of his chips there.

Very standard, it seems that he's calling very light on the flop and I think the allin on the turn is very standard.

Can it be +EV if u find resistance from a good player in a such situations (overpair on scared board and playing all your chips) in checking the turn and check/folding to big river bet, preserving 9K chips (pretty good stack at this blinds level) to play?
