most definitely not. Q2o is total crap. Unless you know EXACTLY how they play post flop, calling is def -ve. Raisings prolly much better than calling, but both suck

Yeah, you lose money by calling here, although I would widen up your limping range from the SB (if its not raised obv.) as it's cheaper to get in - Q2o is trash, I would prefer something with a bit more potential (connectors, suited Ks or Qs etc)

I think this is actually a more difficult question than it would appear. I often wonder whether to complete the SB with trash. I think it's a good idea to do so occasionally (preferably with 2 cards that can make a str8 like 6,3 off)
especially against guys who are limping the nuts preflop. And god knows there are definitely alot of guys who do nothing but limp qq plus on the button in order to keep the blinds in the hand.
ok , that sounds wierd, but the point is that occasionally u will flop some wierd str8 or trips and may get a lot of value against an overpair. Also, u would probably only limp trash if u think ur opponent plays bad enough to pay u off and overplays alot of hands, or plays passive. Against a strong play u never limp this SB because it's too dangerous to be OOP with trash. But if the button were a strong player would he open limp the button?

I can call for $0.25 more. Theres 0.75+0.5+0.25+0.5 = 2.0 in the pot. Don't I have to call with any two given the pot odds?

All that is gonna happen is you'll get in a marginal situation postflop and you'll have to make a way harder decision than you normally would if you were playing better starting hands.
