Default 3 Blind Mice

$100 live tourney, nearly 200 runners, players begin w/ 5k in chips. Please don't assume the chip stacks from one hand are affected by previous hand results.

Hand 1:
Limped and blinded down to 4200 after some flop misses. Blinds 100/200. UTG and EP2 limp, which is common at this table, fairly nitty old man raises to 800 with about 5k behind. Terrible female player on the button moves in for ~3000. Hero in SB looks down at AKo, Hero mucks.

Hand 2:
16 players remain, paying 15. Hero has just been moved from the other table due to balancing beginning with this hand and is third or fourth in chips with ~200k. Blinds are 5k/10k. 6 folds, chip leader with over 400k in SB completes. Hero sees AJo and raises to 30k. SB calls.

Flop is A96 rainbow, SB checks and Hero checks behind.

Turn is 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] putting two clubs on the board. SB bets 30k, Hero calls.

River is A, non-club. SB thinks for nearly a minute and then checks, Hero checks.

Hand 3:
Final table, 8 players remain with a steep payout structure raising mainly from 4th up. Hero has 240k which is about average for the table, blinds are 10k/20k. (Yes, the structure is bad.) Hero has not played a hand with SB previously. 6 folds, SB completes. Hero has K8o in BB, considers raising and checks.

Flop is KQ9 rainbow. SB checks, Hero bets 40k and SB calls after a few seconds.

Turn is an offsuit 2. SB checks, Hero bets 40k and SB calls.

River is a 7. SB bets 20k, Hero hesitantly calls.

I'm not particularly happy with any of these, thoughts?

Hand 1- ak fold is weak, but if you're nitty that's ok.
Hand 2- bet flop, play cautiously from there on out.
Hand 3- chk the turn, c/c the river

1) call, If she is bad, you have monster number 5. Are you really only playing KK or AA here? IF not, you have to add qq and AK and AKoff

2) bEt flop, bet turn. If wary, check river.

3) perfect. You put pressure on, and cant fold TPnk in a bvb situation

With Hand #1, is it so bad to turn down what I can guarantee is a coinflip with 20bb still? This play isn't common for me, since I'm usually a let's put it in and race type, but I felt like the worst hand the old man would show me was JJ.

Hand #2, I normally bet the flop, but it seemed like a good spot to disguise my hand.

Hand #3, any in favor of raising/pushing preflop?
