Default $100NL - flop trips at BB

I know, raise PF, raise flop...I've been raising villain many hands so decided to slow down here.

As played, should I raise this river or does villain only call with better hands here? Villain seems bad and is about 30/5/2.

Looks good but like you said, raise PF.

Raise preflop.

Raise him up to 35-40 on the river and obviously call a shove because it's possible that he's been slowplaying a worse queen. Once he shoves I don't really like my hand anymore but you're getting the odds to call vs his possible range.
