Default Very Deepstack $50NL Spot

I have a long history with the villain in this hand; I have taken several huge pots off him and he alternates between softplaying me and being uber aggressive. He has made several $100 reraise plays on me both preflop and postflop. Villain is 59/20/3.7:

I generally raise this spot, but villain had been limp/reraising or limp/shoving so I just tried to play some cheap flops with him because he was trying to run the table over at this point.

What is the villan limping here from the CO. J10hh, Q9? Wouln't a 59/20 be raising the rest of the hands that beat us here, possibly even the hands that we beat (j10hh). Given his stats I think this is probably a call

if CO calls a shove with an A i shove tha [censored] out of this. if u think he folds AK to ur shove then i just call. folding here is god awfull.

u have a read that he is an ubber donk and a complete maniac. if he hit his boat ship it. gh. it is a super +ev. he could vary well have a lower flush or a lone Q and b playin like this. as well as a complete bluff with air

I can't not see this being a full house unless he makes insane bluffs. I think if your goign to bet the river you shold expect either a raise or fold from someone with an AF of 3.7. I therefore wouldn't be comfortable betting this river.

edit: I don't know how crazy he is still really. If he really was insane at times, then I would call here.
