Is it right only to call pre-flop or should I have folded/re-raised instead? How is my flop bet, should it have been smaller/larger or should I just have checked it and what is my action on the turn?

i always just call this preflop.
you could have bet a little more on the flop. if you bet something like 175 and he called i would be much more concerned about AQ, AA, and KK. plus a slightly higher bet could fold out JJ more often. by using a few more chips on the flop you save yourself the tougher decision on the turn. as you played it i'd probably throw out 180 on the turn some of the time, and check some of the time. |

Preflop I would just call.
I like your bet sizing on the flop,120does the job if no one hit anything. On the turn a check behind looks best to me. |

if youre going to bet on this flop (with the intention of taking it down) id bet a bit more, as played id check the turn behind.

[/ QUOTE ] you can do this but by doing so you turn your hand into a bluff and checking behind kind of controls/eliminates that, so yeah i guess if you think he folds often on the turn then ok. |

Preflop call is fine. Check flop. Check turn.

I like a preflop call. If the flop pairs its less likely that someone hit so i like the bet. Since UTG calls i think you should worry about aq aa or kk so a check on the turn is nice.
