Ha, I was able to guess who it was before seeing the video.
I'm originally from Topeka, and I met some of the kiddies. The parents are just [censored] up overzealous country folk. They're mostly a joke around town. Standing across the street from them with a "[censored] Phelps" sign was a nice way to enjoy a sunny afternoon.

[/ QUOTE ] They picketed a soldier's funeral in MN last year and the leg, tried to pass a law against it, which was really controversial, bc of 1st amendment considerations. This really stretches the limit of taking the bad with the good when it comes to the free speech and assembly.
