Default 44 overpair.

UTG is the worst TAG ive ever seen. 25/15 and spews like crazy. BB is 60/5/1. and also awful. PF isnt standard for me, but is it ok vs these players?

Even with the read on UTG I think I fold.

I guess you could be ahead here often enough. But if you 3-bet you will be capped a lot. Even if you are ahead you have to dodge a lot of bullets... I dunno, maybe its a 3-bet. All I know is that I dont call.

pretty close i think. a normal tag's range is heavily weighted to having you beat when he raises here. of course your read changes things. i probably fold knowing that i'm behind and drawing to 2 outs most of time (even to this guy), and when i'm ahead i'll need to dodge a ton of outs from both of them (fish isn't folding very often if you 3 bet imo).

I think preflop may be close. I'd probably fold. You're getting around 3 to 1 on your money. For set value, you'll need to make up around 5 BB's. I think that's probably a stretch.

Flop, I would fold the overpair. I think you're not ahead often enough and the turn and river will be scary and your decisions will be difficult. If you do continue, a 3-bet is mandatory.

Preflop: i call with my pocket's below 99 after a raise and a coldcall.
Flop: some ppl may call it weak, but i would fold here too.
