Anyone needed to get their acct \"verified\" by Everest?
I'm starting to get a little annoyed -- made a few cashouts .
w/o problems; then tried to withdraw a larger amount: $5K Got an email about having to send them ID documents; ugh, PITA, but not a big deal. So I send along all the customary stuff; picture ID, utility bill, signed acknowledgement. That was last Friday -- they still haven't 'unlocked' my cashier acct (interestingly, my playing acct is not locked; just my ability to withdraw. shocker) about 6 emails sent still unanswered. Anyone else have to deal with this, and how long did it eventually take? |

I had to deal with it too, and it took 8 days for me. It's something you have to bite through I guess, friend of mine is having the same problem.
