Default Estimating fold equity

Say you push in a tournament with 5 rotations left from the button. The BB will call with any broadway, any pair, and any ace. How often will he fold?

What pot odds is he getting, what % of his stack will it cost him, how is the payout structured, how fast are the blinds rising, has he seen you bluff, have you open shoved before?
If you are not much worse than a 40% dog to most PP and top tier hands then it's +EV

Without considering card removal due to your hand. He will hold that range 27.6% of the time and will hence fold 72.4% of the time.

To calculate this you can just use combinations.
16 combinations for non-paired hands.
6 combinations for paired hands.

18 unpaired hands x 16
+ 13 paired hands x 6 =
-------------------------
366 hands total

52C2 possible hands = 1326

He calls you 366/1326 x 100% = 27.6%

He folds 100 - 27.6 = 72.4%
