I think a push pf is the best solution here with 200 in the pot.
Post flop is an ugly spot,the flop looks limper friendly. Against a straightforward player i like your push otherwise I check behind. |

You could make it 400 pre and push any flop. But pushing pre makes things lots easier, because you can`t really expect a limptard to fold to a raise pre.

push preflop makes it easier to get called by worse hands. If you plan to raise and push any flop youre usually only getting called by hands that are ahead of you.
