Neteller cheque processing now only once a week?

My friend had his cheque withdrawal pending for several days, he called support today and was told they didn't know what was happening. I called VIP right now and asked

"I'm a Canadian customer about to request a USD cheque by Fedex, are there any holdups?"

Her: "Let me check... no there is a one business day wait and your cheque will be sent by Fedex."

Me: "Because I've heard reports in the past few days from customers in situations similar to mine that there is some strange holdup."

Her: "Oh, I know what you're referring to. Actually, cheques are only being processed once a week on Thursday, and you have to request it by Tuesday 1:30pm or it will be rolled over to the following Thursday."

Me: "Ugh." (for so many reasons)

How many indicators do you need before you realize this company is falling to pieces, likely taking customer money with it as it goes?

If it means anything, my neteller check was cleared today. Though it did take nearly a week for it to clear.
