To those who play UB

Ive played UB since theyve opened.There have been countless posts of problems with cashouts and customer service.Ive had problems cashing out and although I did eventually got paid -the coutless emails I sent to this day have never been answered.UB reps never respond on this forum and with no phone number -there is no way of reaching support except by email -and around the circle goes -many times email don't get responded to.
Summary:why anyone would continue to play there is beyond me -they do have great tournies and software but having the ability to cash out(in a timely fashion) is WAY more important.Even at party poker-their customer support was poor but no one had the fear of not being able to cash out.
Ive been burned by sites in the past and these days UB is following that path.Play there at your own risk.

i am also a longtime player of UB and have consistently defended them in the past. however, in light of all these recent post, i am slowly withdrawing whatever i have in there in increments while giving them some action and not taking advantage of any bonuses.

once i have everything out, i don't plan on returning.

Pretty much the exact same boat here. Just waiting to get my epassporte certified. I hope it's not too late.
