Default 1/2 AQ in the SB

I'm open comments on every street, but I'm really confused about his play on the river.

4 limper I raise from SB everyone calls

flop AQs7s
I bet call call call

turn non spade 6
I bet, fold, raise, fold, I reraise, call

turn K non spade
I bet, raise, ??? do you reraise here?

I call and hope he is overplaying a worse two pair (like Q7/Q6) and not a scared set. What most likely happened was that he was afraid of the flush draw being against him and slowed down on the turn to wait for a safe river.
