10NL - TPTK facing flop check minraise

No reads on villian. Does he ever have KQ here or is it always QJ? I don't see this happening with a FD or SD either. Also, is that an alright flop bet? More/Less?

I don't like calling here, however, thats what I did. He bet $3 into a $9 pot when the 4d hit.
