UB froze my acct and funds - tell me why
Can anyone make some sense of this email I received earlier today from UB Payout Security Department? I made a deposit of $600 last sunday (3/25) to get a reload bonus, cleared it over the next few days, played enough to earn another 200 points or so after clearance, and then requested a cashout of $800 on thursday night(3/29). What have I done wrong, if anything? After reviewing your account, it appears that you are collecting hours in order to convert your bonus dollars to real money and your earnings are not related to game play. Although I don't see what a picture ID has to do with the issues raised in the email. And what do I write in my "explanation" if I don't know what I've done wrong? I've never run into a problem like this so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. |

This is about the 10th such post we've seen in the past 2 weeks. Needless to say everyone needs to get their money out ASAP. How can it be bonus abuse when they are offering the bonus? It's like a store saying they will take your money because of coupon abuse if you use their coupons too much.

I have been cashing balance above $200 on a regular basis. Today I received this:

Just to be crystal clear, bonus abuse as defined by UB is: Successfully completing the terms of the bonus while maintaining a balance at or above your deposit amount.
Do I understand this right? |

I think what UB is refering to is that players are withdrawing for the sole purpose of re-deposting to get a bonus. This isn't allowed. But then again, there bonuses are hard as [censored] to clear anyway.

I just tried to withdraw 9 days ago and never heard anything from them. I made to inquiries and got useless replies.
First reply = there is a 24 hour waiting period for withdraws to be approved. Nothing for a week then I inquire again. 2nd reply = your account is getting a "'random' security check." this was yesterday. I replied to this by asking WHY and HOW LONG will this take and I was semi-angry but not profane or hateful. I got no response at all its been about 14 hours, but... Now when I try to login to UB it says "Invalid player name, please try again." I have no idea why they have singled me out and decided to screw with me... Anyone have any idea what this means/is my money gone forever? |

Isn't the bonus at UB structured so that you actually pay like 65% of your rake even if you only play the minimum amount?
