Default AK to take a stand?

Live 20/40 game...

Hero raised UTG with AKo and called by a loose player (LP) on the button. BB is a totally stranger to me. Flop came KT2 rags.

LP would call all the way as long as he think he has a chance to beat you...this includes carrying bottom pair all the way to river. He can call or raise loosely but don't remember when is last time he bluffed. I have been mucked my hands to him before almost every time when he 2 or 3bets me on turn.

Turn 7 and still no suit issue.

Hero bet on flop and trun and both opponents called.

River another T. Hero bet, LP raised. BB folded. What you do?

This all comes down to a read. Generally, when a live player does this, and they have shown that they are not good or tricky, this is a 10 each and every time.

I may be giving away a lot, but when I play this hand I frequently check/call, to get a bet out of QJ, and to loose the least from Tx.

This sounds like a player who would have raised QJ earlier in the hand. Also, if he is going to call with a 7 or with Ace high, bet/fold is a better line.

No, not at all. Its definitely opponent dependent. Depends on how they plays draws and what they will pay off with. Also, depends if they can raise something that is not beating you on the river. People rarely raise as a bluff on the river after someone has fired 3 barrels though.

*I'm asking semi rhetorically, because I couldn't imagine bet/folding 100% of the time*

ok so in this particular hand, you bet, he raises, you fold 100% of the time ? You don't think that some times people are going to be putting a move on you ? Likewise you don't think that sometimes on the river the only hand that could call you that you beat is a weaker K ? I don't think there's any problem with checking this sometimes, and betting this sometimes. It certainly makes your game less predictable.
