Default king w/o crown

a few preflop questions. since ppl 3bet alot. here they are: (From today)

This villain is a tag, but he opens looser from co and btn, obviously. We have some history but nothing extensive. He's a slight winner. I feel like I could call push or fold. What would you do? In my experience oftentimes these type of small 4bets are nuts or air, bc anything larger is so committal and presents a push fold. here this is close to push fold but call is somewhat of an alluring option too.

SB ($682.60)
Hero ($478.65)
UTG ($248)
MP ($241.80)
CO ($405)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

This villain is a big fish. However, his minraise was instant. I dont always notice them, but when I do, I 4bet. Normally I'd call the min 3bet, esp vs someone as bad as him, but now when he minreraises me again, clearly he has a big hand, and pushing is super silly. so now its call or fold. What should I do?

Hand 1: All options are fairly viable here.
Fold is default, of course.

If you think it's nuts or air, push>call, so he doesn't have a chance to outflop you with air. If you think hands like AK/AQ are semi-likely, and might call a push, then a stop and go is pretty sexy.

Hand 2: Clear fold. You just don't have odds to catch up.

Why raise so much pre in hand 1? $52 or $56 are my default here, $64 seems a little ott. Sorry to be picky, heh.

Hand 1: I am inclined to call here. 3-1 on a suited ace where you are not convinced he has a monster makes me want to play postflop. Though my decision between calling and shoving would be directly coorallated with how I view hiw flop play (will he feel committed to this pot regardless of the flop/will he embrace scare cards or brace up/ect...)

Hand 2: Fold. 5bet preflop is AA/KK 98% of time and your hand dont jive well against those holdings.

Fold (based on descripion of villain) and fold (because your hand sucks against his range).

Eh, in the first hand, maybe I call and see a flop...
