What are the best days and times of the week to play poker?

In your experience when are the fish out the most in relation to the days of the week/time? Obv Saturday night is the best time to play poker, but what about other subtleties?

-Is Thursday night better than Monday night?
-Friday afternoon better than Tuesday night?
-Is Sunday night better than Friday night?

I'm trying to develop a rough schedule that would be closely tied to whenever table conditions are most likely to be optimal.

If you'd care to help, please list the site you play at, which limits, and specify the time zone you are in in relation to GMT.

For example, I would consider Saturday Night to be about 8/9pm-4/5am CDT (GMT-6).

Sniper does a good job of showing the peak days for each site on his thread tracking the traffic on the major sites. Here is a link to it:

I know this doesn't give you a peak time each day but it is a pretty safe bet that you'll find it from 9pm to 3am Eastern time if the majority of the players on the site are American and at those local times if the majority of the players are European.
