Flop: ($1) Q[[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]], 4[[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]], 3[[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]] [color=Blue](2 players)</font>
[color=Red]SB bets $0.5</font>, [color=Red]Hero raises to $2</font>, SB calls $1.50.

Turn: ($5) 7[[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]] [color=Blue](2 players)</font>
SB checks, [color=Red]Hero bets $3.5</font>, [color=Red]SB raises to $10</font>, Hero calls $6.50.

Is this standard ? No stats on villain, I hesitate between calling and folding the river, but i can beat a couple of 2-pair hands.

ugh, that checkraise on the turn is really ominous--combining this with a weaker bet and call on the flop looks like he might have 56. i really don't think he pulls this with just a queen. i guess i might check the turn based on his actions thus far and call a reasonable bet on the river. this is probably my weakest area though (i.e., blind vs. blind battles).

I think you have to bet this turn for value, but after the check-raise, I was really confused. The more I think about it, the more I think river is a fold against an unknown. I would have loved to have some numbers on this guy though. Any other thoughts on this hand ?

I probably would have played it like you did, but I think the 65 possibility may in fact make the river a fold.

It doesn't help either that we can't be confident that, for instance, SB would complete preflop with 74. Since we know nothing about SB, we also can't be sure he wouldn't play AQ or AA this way, but that turn checkraise really is an unwelcome development.
