Pokerstars: Depositing, Bonuses, and Rakeback?

That's it I'm through with Full Tilt. I am ready to move on. I have been playing online poker for about three years. Won for a while at Party, won for a while at FTP, Neteller took my money. Now I am ready for a new site, a breath of fresh air. It's getting mighty tough to make much on FTP considering I'm a lower limit player.
My reason for posting (by the way, I am now a proud member of twoplustwo) is I would like to know the best way to deposit to Pokerstars. Also, does anyone know about any good bonuses? What is the best site to get rakeback from Pokerstars (if it exist). I have been playing FTP for a year and have not had to make a deposit since my first. So since the "Neteller Debacle" I have no idea what the best way to deposit is. I would like to use my debit card without plugging in my checking account. Are there online Visas or anything that work? Any help with any of this would be great.
