I have no clue whether Feists' picks are worth a damn or not. I personally would never pay for picks. But I do use Jim Feists website a lot as it has a wealth of great handicapping information and has a lot of the stuff I want to see for a first glance through the days lines. It is usually the first thing I look at when handicapping the board each day.
