He's hoping this will be the first thing that people see on their flights into Vegas.


I thought this already happened in the "Leave Me Alone" video when he destroyed rollercoasters and towns a la Gulliver's Travels.

He's obviously got enough money to make something like this happen. I'm absolutely speechless.
