Default .10/.20 AKo vs. LAP

villain is LAPtard - 75/7/1.5 after 60 hands
have seen him call PFR with almost any paint/no kicker
is turn 3-bet spew?
should I find a fold here somewhere?

3-bet on the turn looks like spew after being check raised.

The turn check-raise could mean a lot of things on a blind steal attempt in a short-handed game, but I don't think that it means something we beat enough of the time for the 3-bet to be right here. You've only got one pair, albeit a good one, but how many situations can you think of where it's right to 3-bet one pair on the turn? I think it's a call down.

Have you SEEN him play anything on the turn, or is yours solely a stat read? Because, a PAF of 1.5 with a 75 VPIP is not passive.

So, if you're folding this because you've never seen him c/r/cap the turn without better than TPTK, then 3-betting the turn is spew. In fact, if that's the case you should have folded to the turn c/r.

If, otoh, you're looking at 60 hands worth of stats in a vacuum and saying, "Oh, this guy's passive postflop (wrong) and oh, so retarded," then you need to take a careful look at who's retarded.

I play this hand the same way, fwiw, but I think for very, very different reasons.

it would be worth a whole lot more if you explained what your different reasons are.

There's no fold here.
Villian sounds like he will call with many hands and get aggressive postflop with any pair. There's a very good chance he has a weaker King here, and believes he is slowplaying an AQ or similiar hand, hence the turn raise. There are other less likely hands that are still possible. So I think the 3bet is good. I would have played the hand the same way, basically.
