What do you think i should of done here?

Yes, you should call the flop push. Villain often won't be thinking about what you have and will simply be in love with his Ax trips. Or he might be thinking you wouldn't raise the flop if you actually had an ace (and a lot of players wouldn't, or would just min-raise) and he could have something worse than Ax, although you'd think the fact that his initial flop bet didn't get any folds would concern him.

Another consideration is that a lot of players would not lead this flop with a flopped boat but would slowplay instead. (Actually, the same is true for Ax, so once Villain 3-bets, I think we should take him seriously and figure that he's the type that very well might donkbet the flop with a big hand. But you have too much hand to fold getting over 2:1, and actually I think you're a favorite.)

I think you played the hand fine. You will be shown a lot of worst aces here a lot of the time and your hand will be good. It's tough to put the villain on AK or KK since he didn't 3bet preflop which would be the best play as he is out of position, so this is an easy call in my eyes.
