Default No limit Holdem Thory and Practice is to short

I love the book but i feel like its an appetizer instead of a full course meal. I believe this should have been a two book series. Some of the sections got me all intersted then before you know it the section ended leaving me half full. Can you imagine harrington on Holdem only being one book? Then he would have had to take out half of the information on each of the books in the series and water it down into one book. Im sure glad he made it a three book series it left me my mind feeling full and very confident in what i read unlike NLHTP.

LOL! Yeah, I couldn't resist. But it is a book that everyone is anxious for its release!

This is the book mucked4u was talking about:

Professional No Limit Hold ‘em Update

As many of you know, I’m working on a book with no-limit experts Matt Flynn and Sunny Mehta called Professional No Limit Hold ‘em. Several people have asked recently for an update on it, so here it is:

We put together a completed manuscript at the beginning of the month, but it needed another thorough editing pass. If things have seemed a little slow around here the past 10 days or so, that’s why. I’ve been spending virtually all of my writing time combing through the manuscript, and I think the extra effort has definitely been worth it. I have another few days worth of hard work to do on it.

So all the writing is finished, and we’re doing what I hope is the final major editing pass. Once the manuscript is finalized, it’s probably another two to three months or so until it is printed and available for purchase. I’ll post updates again as we reach important milestones. It’s a very interesting book that highlights strongly an aspect of no limit that I don’t see discussed often. I’m excited to see what people think of it.

I believe much of that would depend on your knowledge and skill prior to reading it.
