Fold preflop, both times. It'll be very hard to turn K9s into a +EV proposition with very good reads on his play.

preflop is a big leak unless you play flawless postflop.

Do we like this play if its KTs and above?
How about smaller SCs like T9s or 98s?

Pockets i would be inclined to RR in this spot but im trying to open my game a bit with playing some suited stuff.
I should probably raise here instead of CC....

After the RR before it gets back to me i agree I botched that up.

Fold PF both times..K9s doesn't play well in a raised pot much less in a three bet pot.

CALL the turn this is an obv trap..BB three bets PF, checks the flop then make a weak sauce lead into 2 players..This smells like a set of Aces or maybe a weak attempt to take the pot with KK...You have been given great odds to just call the turn take them..

Fold pre-flop. Call turn.
As played, correct fold.

I would call the first raise with KQs+...Calling the second raise with KQ is a dicier situation..With UTG tagging along I most likely make the calls and play VERY VERY carefully and not get to involved in a TP hand..Other sooted Ks suffer to much from the threat of domination to be profitable..

Calling with the smaller sooted connectors and small pairs is fine...These type hands are easier to play post flop and you are unlikely to be in a dominated hand position...

I do not like to 3 bet small pair very often..Why do you want to turn a hand with such great implied odds into a bluff????

I do not understand your "trying to open up by playing more sooted stuff comment"????

The best way to open up is playing(raising) more hands in position vs weak limpers and in unopened pots...Loosening up your hand requirements in raised pot is -EV for sure...
