QQ overpair - villain betting into me

I'd probably bet more like $1 on the flop and raise the turn.

I didn't play this level for a long time, but as far as I remember, I reraised these flop bets on these flops all-in every time and I got calls from TPXK, flush draws, overcards and random junk more tham 75% of the time. Of course, sometimes you loose running into a set. Sometimes! But I could live with that!

Ok, you have played the Queens weak preflop. The other player may have not even put you on a pair let alone a good pair. I would suggest 4xBB at least. However with a flop such as this he is itchin for you to let him see those cards as cheap as possible.(he may have hit top pair with A/K or 2 pair tho but likely is on a good draw) So your bets are absolutly correct - he isnt geting the odds to call. Though a little more PF and F would be better. Th three is very tricky - i am not sure about how to go about playing that. But when he comes betting at you on the river 4Hearts hes got his flush/straight at least. And a pretty damn god bluffin opurtunity playin on your passive preflop/flop action. You did the same as i would have and called, but we both know we should have folded coz then hes made the mistake of calling through the hand -(if he is on the draw).
Because we paid him off tho he was right to call those bad odds esp. for a river be doubling the pot.

5xBB raise with one limper is pretty standard pre-flop and isn't playing it weak.

I need to be convinced why I should raise this turn.

The real question is whether I should fold this river.

IT is thats why the created the Full Ring forum...Full Ring = Full Ring hands only...

The advice you get here will be from player that predominately if not exclusively play short handed..The games play vastly different...
