David\'s thoughts on Spread Limit Games
I was hoping I could get some Sklansky insight on this crazy game. Here in AZ we have a $150 max bet limit on any given street. The game is described here in Nate's excellent introductory article, I was just hoping DS could post some helpful insight, regarding Bankroll, starting hand requirements and optimal strategy.

Re: David\'s thoughts on Spread Limit Games
I think these wide-spread limit games are just supposed to be a legal-by-the-book substitute for a true no limit game where no limit is banned. Most of the time, the stacks aren't much larger than the max bet, so it plays very much like a no-limit game.

Re: David\'s thoughts on Spread Limit Games
Not quite, when the pockets are deep, for instance at CAZ the buy-in is a min of 150 and the max is 350, after an hour or so, there can be a lot more money on that table, so the stacks relative to the max bet can be quite a larger ratio, I suppose this is the type of situation I was refering to.
