Post a poem you wrote in high school

This is mine. I call it "Life is an oncoming train"

Life is an oncoming train
When you're knotted to the tracks,
And there's no way to break free,
And the train's not turning back,

And your existence flashes in front of you,
A million leaves fallen to the ground,
And you never stopped to think
That a train would keep you down.

And now, in the lights, the conductor sees you,
Lying struggling on the tracks,
And there's no time and no way to break free,
And then all you see is black.
