Party screwing customers with their new promotion?
Is it just me, or are the terms for the new Party promotion very shady?

The Prize shall mean seventy (70) PartyPoints which shall be added to Player Accounts as within forty-eight (48) hours of the player becoming entitled to the Prize. 10. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to sign if asked, a release form allow PartyGaming and its group to use your name, photograph and relevant personal information for all advertising and publicity purposes throughout the world without further compensation. As I read it, the prize is 70 PartyPoints, and afterwards Party can use you for free in commercials? That's a very [censored] way of tricking people, as very few people read the terms.
