credit card info stolen

A card I use for online stuff has been compromised. Card security just gave me a call, and the card is going to be cancelled and replaced.

I have only used it recently for cardrunners, conjelco, children inc., blockbuster online, and sears. My guess is that sears is the place the number was stolen (only paper copy). But just wanted to know if anyone else had a similar experience that was using cardrunners, conjelco, or children inc.?
