Default Reading with TT and one overcard on board

Villain has been seen to play very aggressively with marginal hands, trying to induce folding.

Would it have made any sense to raise the flop to get a reaction?

No, because a king will either be brave and 3bet you or be timid and just call down. Anything but a king would fold. You want to make the most from non-kings that try to bluff, but yo don't want to lose a lot to kings that might get scared.

Would folding the flop be terrible? Villian of course could have 99 or be on a flush draw but I think we are going to be behind here a pretty big percentage of the time. I guess normally this is where a read comes in...

seems like a read to me. i'd threebet the flop, lead the turn, but then again i'm crazy.
