Please Explain this forum

Or perhaps a forum set up by arrangement with Mason, so that Bob has a place to post.

I think it is great that Bob is here at 2+2 again, but if you had asked me to list the 50 most likely next forums to be created, I would not have included "Legislation."

There have been a lot of requests for a Tax forum, I guess this will be it.

Bob Ciaffone sent me an email asking if we would be interested in starting a forum like this. We discussed this internally and concluded that it was an idea that had merit, so here it is. I am not trying to promote a particular internet site, and am doing this because it is a subject that greatly interests me. As you will see from my postings, I am interested in helping the players, and protecting them against unfair prosecution is my #1 priority.

I had an unrelated question -- in the Etiquette section of your Poker Home Rules, you list the following action as a violation:

This is kind of an understanding amongst the people that I play against in my home games. Would you please clarify whether you are saying that a verbal agreement is the violation, or the act itself?

Additionally, this only makes sense in a tournament. In ring play, go ahead and bet away...
